We are thrilled to announce the line up for our annual Guest Chef Series. Now in its fifth year at Kricket White City, we welcome four of the UK’s top culinary talents to create their bespoke menus in collaboration with our Chef Patron, Will Bowlby.

The series continues to raise vital funds for Kricket’s long-term charity partner, Apne Aap Women’s Collective. AAWC is an anti-trafficking organisation that serves the women and children of Kamathipura, one of the most impoverished areas of Mumbai.
Tickets are £65 (exclusive of service) and include a four course feast and a welcome cocktail.
David Carter – Tuesday 5th September
Originally from Barbados, David is the founder of the renowned barbecue joint, Smokestak, as well as having more recently co-founded the acclaimed Italian restaurant Manteca in Shoreditch. Having worked at some of London’s most notable restaurants over the years, such as Gordon Ramsay at Claridge’s Hotel and The Savoy Grill and Roka, David is best known for his BBQ skills and passion for open-fire-cooking, both of which will come into play in his dishes at Kricket.

Adam Handling – Tuesday 26th September
With a number of restaurants and bars now under his watchful eye, Adam Handling is a well-known name in the restaurant industry and regularly features on TV shows such as BBC’s Great British Menu, being crowned Champion of Champions this year. Adam’s flagship restaurant, Frog by Adam Handling, received a Michelin star back in 2022, and more recently, Adam has opened Eve bar, as well as a sustainably-focused pub, The Loch and The Tyne, in Windsor and Ugly Butterfly in St Ives, Cornwall. Adam’s knowledge of cooking sustainably and passion for local produce will feature prominently on this menu.

Greg Marchand – Wednesday 4th October
Well respected and celebrated chef Grégory Marchand started his culinary journey in Nantes, Western France, when he was just fifteen years old. He opened Frenchie in Covent Garden in 2016, the London outpost of his Michelin-starred restaurant Frenchie on Rue du Nil in Paris, where he also runs Frenchie Wine Bar and Frenchie Wine Shop. Greg is not short on culinary expertise and we can expect to see this shine through during this event.

Patrick Williams – Tuesday 31st October
Patrick Williams’ culinary career started in Cape Town’s renowned restaurant, La Colombe, where he worked for over five years. In 2015, Patrick ventured to London, where he worked under renowned Chef Robin Gill at The Manor in Clapham, followed by two years at Paradise Garage in Bethnal Green. In January 2018, Patrick and his wife, Amy Corbin, opened their first restaurant in Peckham, Kudu, winning a number of loyal fans, as well as a Michelin Bib Gourmand. Known for his innovative and creative South African cuisine, Patrick’s menu at Kricket will bring his South African roots to the fore.
