Local and sustainable fish has always been a focus and priority on our ever-changing menus. For this special event, our Co-founder and Executive Chef Will Bowlby is excited to showcase a different style of our fish-focused menu, drawing inspiration from all over India.
Located at The Sea The Sea’s chef’s table in Hackney, this one-off intimate affair promises to be a bold and exclusive dining experience, with only 14 seats and four sittings. The chef’s table offers an unrivalled opportunity to be up close to some of the most progressive fish cooking in the capital. Will is serving up an indulgent nine course menu, with highlights including grilled lobster with corn khichidi, cuttlefish & Goan sausage ragu, and scallop with moru kachiyathu, Indian gooseberry and tomato oil.
Harking back to our Pop Brixton days, Rik will be front of house, delivering Will’s Indian inspired cooking in this beautiful and intimate setting. We hope you will join us for what promises to be un unmissable evening.
