Guest Chef Series

Guest Chef Series

Chef Patron Will Bowlby and the team at Kricket are excited to welcome four of the UK’s top culinary talents to Kricket White City this September for the fourth annual Guest Chef Series.

Joining Will are Sally Abé, Jackson Boxer, Ben Tish, Will and Jack from Fallow, with the events held on Tuesdays throughout the month. Each menu has been collaboratively created to showcase unique dishes cooked with the influence of the Guest Chef’s signature dishes and the diversity of India’s culinary culture.

Tickets are priced at £65 per person which includes a four-course feasting menu and a welcome drink from the team at SOMA, our award-winning bar in Soho.

The event series continues to raise vital funds for our long term charity partner, Apne Aap Women’s Collective. All proceeds go to the anti-trafficking organisation that serves the women and children of Kamathipura, one of the most impoverished areas of Mumbai.

Vegetarians are welcome. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept dietaries or allergens for this event.

Tuesday 6th September:
Kricket x Sally Abé

SquareMeal’s Female Chef of the Year in 2021, Sally has a wealth of experience across some of the most prestigious restaurants in London, including the award-winning The Pem in Westminster. We loved watching her on the Great British Menu earlier this year and making it to the banquet! The night will begin with the nation’s favourite scotch egg! Ours will be a coronation chicken scotch egg, and raisin chutney. Sally’s classic and simple approach, paired with a passion for British game is clearly reflected in our menu for this night. We’ll be breaking down a whole deer into various forms to create a unique centrepiece to the meal.

Tuesday 13th September:
Kricket x Jackson Boxer

With Brunswick House being close to Wills house and Orasay not too far from Kricket White City, Will enjoys eating at both restaurants when he can. The Boxer family are well known for their food lineage and Jacksons restaurants show this through not only his food but also his hospitality. This night will prove to be both fun and exciting as we showcase Boxer’s style in a new light. Expect Toddy shop raw beef tartlets, autumnal vegetable pakoras and a very special lamb neck biriyani.
